We begin the CIO RightHire Process by listening to you. We take the time to ascertain and understand the business objectives, needs and culture of your
organization. Based upon this crucial information, we employ our expertise and experience to tailor a fully-customized assessment and allow your search team to make a successful placement.
Through our assessment process, candidates will provide written narratives aligning their background, in their own words, to the opportunity and its unique requirements. We hold interview face-to-face or by video to better understand the candidate’s abilities and trait characteristics. To further provide you with data that allows for a true evaluation of candidate fit, we also utilize third-party behavioral-based testing for each candidate.
